Leadership Development

  •  Designed and delivered a Global modularized and blended leadership development programmed to enhance business partnering and collaboration relationship skills of leaders in la Pharmaceutical organisation
  •  Conducted in-depth qualitative 360 feedback assessments and leadership profiling, followed by leadership development program and coaching with senior executives 
  •  Developed a learning strategy and implemented a development framework with a portfolio of programmes, processes, and web based tools to support leadership development
  •  Designed and delivered training modules on Leading Change, Coaching for Performance, and Influencing and Partnering in the matrix for Leadership Development in a Global Regulatory function. 
  •  Developed and conducted a behaviour assessment tool for Customer Service skills, produced a organizational skill gap analysis and based on this deigned and delivered a targeted skill development program to address the identified gaps


  • Facilitated a Regional Leadership team to develop an aligned regional strategy, a change plan to implement the strategy and provided skills training on leading change and influencing to support their implementation
  • Supported a Senior Research team in a Global Pharmaceutical Company and numerous other teams to set up a new organisation and team; facilitated teams to develop alignment vision, values, mission, strategic goals, a road map, stakeholder analysis on communication plan and role clarity 
  • Developed and supported new teams with New manager assimilations, team launches and team chartering 
  • Facilitated the senior management team to lead the organisation through significant change and transition

Organisational Development

  •  Provided change and communications support for global marketing group of a major pharmaceutical company to guide strategic change of emphasis. Won a Pharma achievement reward
  •  Implemented organisational transition and culture change to a matrix business model and collaborative and innovative work culture for a Pharma research organisation, resulting in increased employee engagement 
  •  Developed, together with leaders and key stakeholders, a change strategy and approach for change initiatives for a global telecommunications company and a consumer good firm 
  •  Led a global project team from concept design to global implementation of three informatics career tracks that were implemented in 16 key sites situated in five geographic regions. 
  •  Developed, implemented and facilitated a Global, integrated Talent management strategy and approach and trained Leaders on coaching and developing their people to enhance talent development effectiveness 
  •  Developed and participated in diagnostic audits of organizations to identify key issues, organizational change readiness and needs
